46th Street Lofts

Murphy Burr Curry, Inc. provided seismic upgrades for the 46th Street Lofts, a new housing project located on the Emeryville/Oakland border. The project incorporated both an existing concrete tower and new construction within the old building shell.

The seismic upgrade utilized concrete shear walls in the old concrete tower and wood and concrete for the new construction.
