Phillip Mariner has over 15 years of structural design experience dedicated to solving design challenges that bring client visions to life. Phillip holds an M.S. in Structural Engineering and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in California (C89844) and Professional Engineer in Illinois (062065608). His expertise has been instrumental in notable projects such as the Portal 405 Life Sciences Building, the China Beach Bathhouse Rehabilitation, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Central Utility Plant Expansion, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seawater Intake Pipeline Ballast Replacement.
