Paul Curry has been providing structural engineering consultation with MBC for over 11 years. He specializes in the design and execution of a wide range of building projects and brings a strong passion for problem-solving. Paul takes pride in seeing projects come to life, from concept to construction. His portfolio includes affordable and modular housing developments, seismic retrofits, tenant improvements, and high-end retail storefronts.

Paul has extensive expertise in wood construction and solid working knowledge of concrete and steel systems. His educational background includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from the University of California, Irvine, earned in 2014.

Throughout his career, Paul has approached each project with a client-focused mindset, always striving to deliver engineering solutions that are both effective and efficient. Among the projects he is most proud of are the Hunter’s Point Blocks 56 & 57, the Colma Veterans’ Village, and the Wood Street Housing Project in Oakland. He also contributed to the Planned Parenthood Flagship Clinic in San Francisco, a particularly rewarding tenant improvement project.
