Jen brings over 15 years of expertise in organizational operations, management, and human resources to her role at Murphy Burr Curry (MBC). Since joining the firm in 2021, she has overseen day-to-day operations, including accounting, office management, and firmwide administration, while also leading the full scope of human resources. Jen is passionate about cultivating a thriving workplace culture. She takes pride in driving employee engagement initiatives, leveraging data to support strategic decision-making, and identifying new ways to streamline processes that enhance overall efficiency for MBC. Jen also loves interacting with the firm’s diverse clientele and being a reliable source for solutions and support.
Before joining MBC, Jen dedicated more than a decade to the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits, where she played a pivotal role in operations, fundraising, and business development. Her work there strengthened organizational capacity and advanced the mission of supporting nonprofit leaders across the Bay Area region.
Jen earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. She has complemented her professional achievements with meaningful volunteer service, previously serving as a sexual assault counselor with Rape Trauma Services in Burlingame and currently contributing her expertise as a Board Member of the Burlingame Community for Education Foundation.
