Murphy Burr Curry, Inc. designed the new 100,000-square-foot Neiman Marcus store, which opened in Walnut Creek in 2012. The steel-framed building features a center atrium and a basement level with an innovative glass and stone façade. The pile-supported structure spans a 50-foot-wide city culvert. In addition, one side of the structure spans over a 100-foot adjacent retail building.
