Murphy Burr Curry, Inc.'s engineering expertise allowed Chanel to maximize the retail space available in an extremely narrow existing building. This unique project required creative thinking. MBC delivered, with a plan for floor plates to be broken into smaller plates and relocated at slightly different elevations. This achieved a stepping pattern throughout the building. Other out-of-the-box ideas from MBC allowed the unusual construction project to be completed within budget.
