This new construction project encompasses three buildings with 28 market-rate housing units, ten townhouse units with private parking and 18 condominium units over parking and ground-floor retail space.

Each three-story, 1900-square-foot townhouse features a projected living room bay and recessed entries, as well as a private garage and garden.

The third building is a four-story structure with ground floor commercial space that includes an expanse of glazed storefront. Directly above the ground floor are single-story podium-level condominiums surrounding a courtyard. The upper floors house two-story units.
