1101 Connecticut Rebuild Potrero: Block X Potrero Public Housing

1101 Connecticut is the first building in the redevelopment of the Potrero Public Housing site in San Francisco. The building includes 72 units on a steep site with sub grade parking.

The structure includes four and five stories of Type III construction over a stepped podium structure including post tension slab surrounding the courtyard structure. Water retention systems were incorporated within the courtyard structure and at the foundation level.
