The Renoir Hotel

The historic Renoir Hotel, located in the mid-Market district of San Francisco is underwent a multi-million dollar seismic rehabilitation and remodel. The work includes full seismic rehabilitation of the seven story building, additions of roof top terrace and lounge, new mezzanine, monumental lobby stairs and interior rebuild. The building was completed in late 2017 and features 135 guest rooms.
