Murphy Burr Curry provided structural engineering for the new ground floor Flagship Nespresso Boutique Bar in San Francisco. The existing eight story steel framed building was constructed circa 1908 on Grant Avenue. The scope of work included a new steel and stone Grand Stairs, new circular diaphragm openings and horizontal steel bracing at the 2nd floor, and a new storefront and entry canopy.
