Cloyne Court at 2600 Ridge Road, Berkeley is an historic three-story wood-framed building with a partial basement, currently serving as cooperative student housing. It was built in 1904 and was designed by John Galen Howard.

Murphy Burr Curry, Inc. performed a full seismic upgrade to conform to the California Building Code, along with ADA compliance and other site improvements.
