Murphy Burr Curry provided structural design for tenant improvements associated with over a dozen SoulCycle spin/exercise studios throughout the San Francisco Bay and Greater Areas. The scope of work typically included the design of an acoustically isolated studio within the tenant/retail space, as well as support and bracing for HVAC and mechanical equipment required for servicing the studio. Additionally, the design of new storefront framing was required for a number of the SoulCycle locations.
