Murphy Burr Curry served as engineer of record for the T.I. improvements for their Capitol One offices at 201 Third Street. The work included a new interconnecting stair serving the 5th thru 7th floors, supporting interior partitions and a two-story feature wall located adjacent to the stair opening.
