The remodel of this two-story office building was awarded the LEED platinum certification. The project included strengthening the original structural steel moment frames to improve their seismic performance, modifying the roof framing to create open ceilings and adding a new stair. The seismic evaluation of the building was in accordance with ASCE 41 for the Seismic Strengthening of Existing Buildings.
